Job Description

We are searching for a First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers to lead our team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in mechanical engineering, focusing on overseeing repair and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct support and coaching for repair technicians to improve skills.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate repair schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Evaluate repair quality and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews and set development goals for team members.
  • Manage external vendor relationships to maintain service quality.
  • Promote customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Compile reports on team performance and present to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in mechanical engineering, with a focus on supervisory roles
