Job Description

As a Metal-Refining Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for loading materials into the furnace and monitoring the entire operation to ensure safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of working under pressure, and has a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper loading of furnace materials for optimal performance.
• Track and adjust furnace operations to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain regular communication with production team regarding operational status.
• Participate in safety training and drills to stay informed on best practices.
• Maintain records of daily operations and report discrepancies.
• Support other team members in achieving production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a similar industrial environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Familiarity with furnace operations

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
