Job Description

As a Stamping Press Operator, you will set up and operate machinery to manufacture metal parts that meet specified standards. Your role is critical in ensuring efficiency in our operations while upholding quality protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down machines for different production runs.
• Inspect and document the quality of raw materials.
• Train new operators on machine setup and safe operation practices.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production targets.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and request replacements when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in machine operation preferred

Experience

• Experience in metal fabrication is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• CNC Machinery Handling
• Quality Control Techniques

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Safety Certifications: Any relevant safety certifications are a plus.
• Experience in Metal Fabrication: Background knowledge in metal fabrication processes is an advantage.
