Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Analyst to join our skilled IT support team in Miami, FL. This role is critical in ensuring timely technical assistance to our users while delivering top-notch customer service. As a vital communicator, you'll troubleshoot issues, support hardware and software requests, and maintain documentation on resolutions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to help desk tickets and emails.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors as necessary.
  • Educate users on best practices for IT security.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for IT procedures.
  • Facilitate user training and onboarding.
  • Prepare reports on service desk performance and user satisfaction.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on IT trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
