Production Worker (Reserve Operator)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Reserve Operator to join our production team. This role involves monitoring and adjusting equipment to ensure smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and helping achieve production goals. Your contribution will be vital to the success of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor machinery performance and adjust settings.
• Implement operational improvements and handle equipment upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Assist management in developing training materials for new team members.
• Maintain an adequate supply of materials and tools for operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing

Technical Skills

• SCADA systems
• Preventative maintenance

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of material handling procedures: Understanding of best practices for handling and storing materials in a production environment.
