Job Description

The Production Metal Sprayer is integral to our manufacturing process, responsible for applying protective coatings on metal surfaces. The ideal candidate will ensure surfaces are adequately prepared, expertly operate spray equipment, and uphold strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare metal surfaces for coating application.
• Effectively operate different spray equipment for optimal results.
• Adjust spray settings to achieve the desired coating thickness and finish.
• Inspect final products for quality, making adjustments where necessary.
• Document all procedures and material usage comprehensively.
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations during the spraying process.
• Contribute to team meetings regarding quality control and production improvements.
• Engage in continuous learning to adapt to new techniques and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Assist in training new employees on safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience
