• Operate and maintain Bonderite machines, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Perform detailed inspections of coated products for quality assurance.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet daily output goals.
• Document production metrics and contribute to process optimization efforts.
• Provide feedback on machinery performance and suggest upgrades as needed.
• Ensure all health and safety practices are followed in the workspace.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to promote efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.
• Conduct training sessions for new operators on safety and machine operation.
• Assist management in developing training materials for machine use.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bonderite machine operation Experience operating Bonderite machines in a production setting.
• Quality control Ability to conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mechanical aptitude Strong mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintaining machinery.
• Attention to detail Meticulous in following procedures and quality checks.
• Teamwork Capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Leadership experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing.
• Certification in machine maintenance: Relevant certification in machine operation and maintenance.
