Job Description

As a Financial Examiner, you will play an essential role in maintaining compliance by conducting in-depth examinations and assessments in accordance with established regulations. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you examine data, documents, and records to identify potential violations and provide insightful recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate compliance with financial regulations through detailed examinations.
  • Interpret data and documentation to detect violations.
  • Summarize findings and propose actions in detailed reports.
  • Engage with teams to collect crucial information and evidence.
  • Perform audits and inspections to ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • Monitor changes in industry regulations and maintain compliance knowledge.
  • Contribute to policy development to strengthen compliance efforts.
  • Assist in training employees on compliance standards and expectations.
  • Document examination activities for accurate records.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Provide insights to management regarding compliance improvements.
  • Lead workshops on best practices in regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field
  • Master's degree with a focus on compliance is preferred
Experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial examinations or compliance roles
