Job Description

We are on the lookout for dedicated Plating Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience in electroplating processes and an eye for detail to ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Optimize plating processes to improve product quality and reduce waste.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and implementing solutions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in metal finishing or related field is highly desirable.

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Machine Calibration

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Environmental Regulations: Understanding of regulations relating to plating processes and waste disposal.
