Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Tobacco Shaker to assist in our production process. You will be responsible for ensuring the tobacco is free from dust and meets all quality specifications. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to cleanliness and order.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently shake and blend tobacco for consistent quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment for maintenance needs.
• Operate machinery as required during production.
• Collaborate with team to ensure daily production targets are met.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processing methods.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the tobacco industry.
