Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst who will play a critical role in analyzing financial data and developing insights that drive strategic decision-making. The right candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, supporting our finance team in managing budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in budgeting processes and prepare budget variance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on financial performance and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
  • Provide support during financial audits and review processes.
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular reviews of financial procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team in identifying key performance metrics.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial documentation for stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective communication with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • MBA with a finance specialization is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance role.
