We are seeking an analytical Tax Analyst to ensure our clients achieve and maintain compliance with an array of tax regulations. This role involves preparing tax documents, managing multiple client accounts, and advising clients on tax strategies. Join us in our Boston office and help us deliver exceptional tax services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough tax reviews and analysis for clients.
• Assist in the preparation of partnership, corporate, and individual tax returns.
• Prepare tax provisions and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Research and identify potential tax credits and deductions.
• Collaborate with other departments to support tax-related initiatives.
• Support the Tax Manager in expanding services for clients.
• Provide clear communication and excellent customer service to clients.
• Document tax strategies and recommendations for clients.
• Stay informed about IRS regulations and compliance standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree in Taxation is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in tax preparation or compliance
