We are seeking a skilled Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of materials in the manufacturing process, ensuring that equipment operates efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities

• Feed raw materials into machinery in a timely manner.
• Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Record production data and assist in inventory management.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic repairs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding workflow.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Assist in the development of new production methods.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• 2-4 years in a manufacturing or assembly role

Technical Skills

• Machinery Troubleshooting
• Forklift Operation

• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Certification: Certified in safe forklift operation.
