Job Description
Seeking an experienced EEG Technician to join our innovative healthcare team. You will be responsible for conducting EEGs, monitoring patient comfort, and ensuring accurate recordings to facilitate quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Prepare patients for EEG testing by explaining procedures and maintaining comfort.
Monitor and record brain waves using various EEG systems.
Interpret EEG data to detect neurological issues.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of EEG recordings.
Document all test results and communicate findings with the medical team.
Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical practices.
Maintain equipment and manage supply inventory.
Participate in ongoing education and training on EEG advancements.
Assist in training new technicians and interns.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology or related field is preferred.
Experience
Experience with specialized EEG procedures is advantageous.
