Job Description

As an Employment Adjudicator, you will evaluate and resolve employment-related disputes with impartiality. Your expertise will ensure that all parties are treated fairly while gathering evidence and making legally sound decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Adjudicate employment disputes while maintaining impartiality and neutrality.
  • Document and report findings accurately while ensuring compliance with all procedural guidelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication between disputing parties.
  • Assist with developing training material for internal teams regarding legal standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest industry practices and legal developments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree is preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in employment law, mediation, or related experience.
