Job Description
As an Employment Adjudicator, you will evaluate and resolve employment-related disputes with impartiality. Your expertise will ensure that all parties are treated fairly while gathering evidence and making legally sound decisions.
Responsibilities
Adjudicate employment disputes while maintaining impartiality and neutrality.
Document and report findings accurately while ensuring compliance with all procedural guidelines.
Facilitate effective communication between disputing parties.
Assist with developing training material for internal teams regarding legal standards.
Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest industry practices and legal developments.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in employment law, mediation, or related experience.
