Job Description

In the position of Corporate Counsel, you will play a vital role in overseeing legal matters that impact our organization. From contract negotiations to corporate governance, your expertise will help safeguard our business interests.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and draft complex commercial contracts.
  • Support the organization in corporate governance activities.
  • Collaborate with different departments to provide legal advice and mitigate risks.
  • Handle disputes and coordinate with outside counsel as necessary.
  • Review and provide feedback on marketing materials and communications.
  • Ensure proper management of corporate records and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in strategic planning and offer legal insights.
  • Advise on intellectual property issues and asset protection strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of significant experience in corporate law.
