In the position of Corporate Counsel, you will play a vital role in overseeing legal matters that impact our organization. From contract negotiations to corporate governance, your expertise will help safeguard our business interests.
Responsibilities
Negotiate and draft complex commercial contracts.
Support the organization in corporate governance activities.
Collaborate with different departments to provide legal advice and mitigate risks.
Handle disputes and coordinate with outside counsel as necessary.
Review and provide feedback on marketing materials and communications.
Ensure proper management of corporate records and compliance documentation.
Participate in strategic planning and offer legal insights.
Advise on intellectual property issues and asset protection strategies.
Requirements
Education
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
5+ years of significant experience in corporate law.
