Job Description

As a Trademark Affixer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured by Trademark Solutions LLC are properly labeled with the correct trademarks and brand elements. This role demands a keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of trademark laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify that all products meet trademark requirements prior to shipping.
• Develop and implement trademark management processes.
• Work closely with product teams to provide guidance on trademark-related matters.
• Prepare reports on trademark registration statuses and renewals.
• Facilitate legal research as needed regarding trademark issues.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotional materials to ensure correct use of trademarks.
• Advise on strategies for protecting brand integrity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or Trademark Management
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience preferred in trademark management

Technical Skills

• Trademark management software
• Legal analysis

Certifications

• Certified Legal Assistant (CLA)
• Trademark Law Certification

Languages

• Spanish: Intermediate
