Job Description

As a Gambling Surveillance Officer, you will play a vital role in conducting investigations into potential violations of gaming laws and regulations. You will gather evidence and collaborate with law enforcement agencies to maintain the integrity of the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform undercover investigations as necessary to gather evidence.
• Analyze trends in gaming activities to identify potential risks.
• Report suspicious activities to management and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure that surveillance equipment is functioning properly and is compliant with regulations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal compliance policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related field
• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of investigative experience, with a focus in the gaming sector.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of gaming regulations
• Investigation software and tools

Certifications

• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
