Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Glaze Handler to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the application of glaze coatings efficiently while ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare glaze materials, ensuring accurate mixing and measurements.
• Assist in applying glazes uniformly to products using various methods.
• Monitor glaze application and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct regular quality assessments to meet product standards.
• Work collaboratively with production staff and quality control teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work environment.
• Report any equipment issues to the Glazing Supervisor promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in ceramics or manufacturing are a plus.

Experience

• Experience with ceramics or related industries is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of glazing techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot glaze issues

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in manufacturing: Knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance standards.
