Job Description

The Graders and Sorters role involves managing and nurturing a portfolio of high-value customers in agricultural products. The successful candidate will ensure client satisfaction and loyalty while demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Tailor solutions based on individual customer goals and feedback.
  • Serve as the main contact for addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Ensure timely and effective response to customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Design and implement customer success strategies to increase retention.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with clients to evaluate success and discuss future opportunities.
  • Support account growth strategies through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer needs are met in service offerings.
  • Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for service improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related fields preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years experience in a similar customer-focused role
