Job Description

Join our team as a Woodworking Machine Setter, where you will operate advanced machinery to remove imperfections from plywood sheets. Your work will significantly impact our production quality, making you an essential part of our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and calibrate equipment for efficient production.
  • Monitor production output and quality throughout the shift.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Ensure that all safety and quality standards are met consistently.
  • Keep work area organized and clean to promote safety.
  • Assist in training new operators on machinery and processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Training or certification in manufacturing or woodworking
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or woodworking
