Job Description

Responsibilities

• Check the appropriateness of prescriptions and resolve any potential conflicts.

• Support health promotion and disease prevention efforts.

• Provide therapy recommendations based on clinical guidelines.
• Assist in research and development of pharmacy services.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
• Licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts

Experience

• 1-3 years of pharmacy experience

Technical Skills

• Pharmaceutical care

Certifications

• Pharmacy Practice License
• ACLS Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
