As a Visitor Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing excellent customer service. This position involves welcoming visitors, assisting with ticket sales, and providing information about our services and events. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide detailed information about our offerings.
• Assist with processing tickets and managing reservations.
• Conduct educational presentations to enhance visitor engagement.
• Prepare and maintain informational materials at the desk.
• Respond promptly to visitor queries both in-person and online.
• Resolve visitor issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Work with other teams to facilitate special events.
• Manage visitor data entries and ticketing through our systems.
• Contribute to improving visitor service policies.
• Support the training of new staff members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
