Job Description

As an Accessories Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating and developing designs for a wide range of products including handbags, jewelry, and belts. Your designs will not only reflect current fashion trends but also set new standards for innovation and quality.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative accessory designs that capture the essence of contemporary fashion.
• Collaborate with product developers and merchandisers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Analyze customer feedback and sales trends to refine and improve product offerings.
• Maintain an organized library of materials and design templates.
• Review and approve prototypes, providing constructive feedback to sample makers.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to contribute to new product lines.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance creative solutions.
• Support sustainability initiatives by proposing eco-friendly materials and processes.
• Train and mentor junior designers in best practices and design software.
• Document all design processes and maintain accurate records for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field

Experience

• Proven experience in accessory design with a strong portfolio
