Job Description

We are searching for skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery for rubber processing, ensuring that all output meets our stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate rubber grinding equipment.
• Monitor production runs and adjust settings as needed.
• Maintain accurate production logs and quality control records.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and report machinery needs.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to uphold product integrity.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety.
• Adhere to all workplace safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Blueprint reading
• Safety protocols

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with other manufacturing machinery: Prior experience operating different types of machinery is a plus.
• Quality control experience: Familiarity with quality assurance processes and procedures is beneficial.
