We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to enhance our manufacturing processes and streamline operations. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing workflows, improving efficiency, and implementing innovative engineering solutions. Candidates should possess a strong background in industrial engineering principles and have proven experience in process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop aerospace systems and components.
• Conduct testing and evaluation of prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance product designs.
• Analyze performance data and improve system efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Engage in troubleshooting issues with existing systems and propose solutions.
• Assist in the development of technical specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Participate in project planning and management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar
• Master's degree preferred in relevant field

Experience

• 3-7 years of hands-on aerospace engineering experience
