Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work alongside developers and project managers to identify and resolve defects while implementing robust testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis on defects and propose viable solutions.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote best testing practices.
• Participate in continuous integration and delivery processes.
• Ensure adherence to company-wide quality standards and compliance regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging testing technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
