Job Description

As a Steeler at Steel Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of steel components. You will read blueprints, cut and shape steel, and ensure the quality of our products meets the highest standards in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to manipulate steel components as directed.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver steel structures on schedule.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently during fabrication processes.
• Document fabrication processes and modifications for tracking.
• Assist in training new employees on safe fabrication practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
• Maintain an organized work area for maximum productivity.
• Perform maintenance tasks on equipment as needed.
• Adapt to changes in workflow and schedules quickly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a vocational program in metalworking or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field

Technical Skills

• Welding Equipment Proficiency

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages
