Responsibilities

• Set up grinding machinery according to production specifications.
• Adjust machine controls to regulate flow, pressure, and speed of materials.
• Monitor and adjust operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Perform routine machine maintenance tasks to ensure reliability.
• Maintain accurate production records, documenting downtime and maintenance actions.
• Engage with team members to share insights on process improvements.
• Train and support junior staff in best practices for equipment operation.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
• Assist in inventory management for raw materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in food processing.

Languages
