Job Description

We are seeking experienced Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Mechanics and Installers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and rectify faults in HVAC systems effectively and efficiently.
• Perform installations of heating and cooling systems according to specifications.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients regarding project requirements and timelines.
• Document all work performed accurately in service records.
• Assist in training new employees in HVAC practices.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in HVAC or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC mechanics and installation.

Technical Skills

• Refrigeration System Knowledge
• Blueprint Reading

Certifications

• NATE Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Commercial HVAC Systems: Background in servicing larger HVAC systems in commercial settings.
