Job Description

As a Production Worker at Manufacturing Dynamics Inc., you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process of composition rolls. This hands-on position requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety. You will operate advanced machinery and ensure that production standards are met while collaborating closely with team members to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Execute installations of plumbing and drainage systems according to project specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on pipe systems and conduct repairs.
  • Work with blueprints to determine layout and installation requirements.
  • Inspect and test pipe systems for functionality.
  • Keep detailed records of installation processes and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Use advanced tools and techniques to handle various types of pipes.
  • Assist in training junior staff and apprentices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure safety on job sites.
  • Communicate effectively with other trades on larger projects.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Plumbing certification is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in pipe installation or plumbing.
Technical Skills
