Job Description

We are looking for skilled Cutting and Slicing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at setting up and operating plate shears to produce high-quality metal components.

Responsibilities

• Utilize metal cutting machines and tools to achieve set production goals.
• Understand and adhere to safety protocols to minimize risks.
• Adjust machine settings to accommodate different types of metal.
• Collaborate with engineering on new product specifications.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and performance.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in machine operation or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in metal cutting or fabrication

Technical Skills

• CNC Machine Operation
• Understanding Material Properties

Languages

• English: Fluent
