As a Bingo Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our bingo hall, ensuring a fun and safe environment for our patrons. You will manage staff, coordinate games and events, and implement marketing strategies to boost attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bingo operations to guarantee a fun environment.
• Plan and organize special events and promotions to increase player engagement.
• Supervise the training and development of staff members.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed within the facility.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain supply inventories and manage cost-efficient ordering.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through various channels.
• Stay updated with changes in gaming regulations and compliance.
• Foster strong relationships with patrons to encourage loyalty.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance for management.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role within the gaming industry
