We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to manage our clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical research and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes through scientific investigation. Your role will encompass planning, implementation, and oversight of clinical study protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate clinical trial activities from initiation to closure.
• Ensure compliance with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and all applicable regulations.
• Conduct screening and enrollment of study subjects.
• Prepare and maintain necessary regulatory documents.
• Collect and manage clinical data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and investigators to ensure protocol adherence.
• Monitor trial progress and report findings to the Research Director.
• Provide training and guidance to research staff on study protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical trials management
