Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to manage our clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical research and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes through scientific investigation. Your role will encompass planning, implementation, and oversight of clinical study protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement all aspects of clinical trials.
  • Ensure all research activities comply with regulatory standards.
  • Interact with trial participants to explain study objectives and procedures.
  • Assist with data analysis and interpretation for research findings.
  • Create and maintain detailed records of study activities.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and respond to any adverse events.
  • Actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical trials management
