We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Textile, Apparel, and Furnishings Worker. In this hands-on role, you will operate and maintain sophisticated silk soaking machinery while ensuring the silk is soaked thoroughly for quality production. Ideal candidates will possess an eye for detail and experience in textile manufacturing to help us elevate our luxurious products.

Responsibilities

• Monitor silk soaking processes and ensure quality adherence.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery.
• Document and report production metrics and analytical findings.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and increase productivity.
• Conduct inspections of raw materials to maintain standard quality.
• Train new employees on machine operations and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.
• Adhere to safety guidelines while operating machinery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in silk soaking or related textile processes preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
