Responsibilities

• Develop structural designs using advanced software and engineering principles.
• Perform risk assessments and mitigation strategies for construction projects.
• Review and approve contractor submittals and shop drawings.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure project satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Master's in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in related structural projects

Technical Skills

• Structural Analysis Software
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in BIM tools: Experience using Building Information Modeling for improved project outcomes.
