Job Description

As a Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer support. Your primary focus will be to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferable
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
