Job Description

We are looking for motivated Locker Room, Coatroom, and Dressing Room Attendants who will be the face of our hospitality services. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure cleanliness, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a friendly greeting for every guest entering the facility.
  • Keep all dressing rooms and coatrooms tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with facility maintenance and report any issues to management.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience.
  • Coordinate with security to ensure safety within the areas.
  • Facilitate efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Work with management to receive and implement guest feedback.
  • Aid in training new staff members on customer service standards.
  • Provide assistance for equipment checkouts as needed.
  • Take initiative to improve service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience
Technical Skills
  • Cash registers
  • Basic computer skills
Soft Skills
  • Manages difficult situations well
  • Attention to detail
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Spanish: Conversational

Advantageous

  • Certification in customer service: Certification showing proficiency in customer service techniques is beneficial.
  • Experience with security protocols: Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a customer service environment is a plus.
