Job Description

As the Research Dairy Farm Supervisor, you'll oversee all aspects of daily animal care and research activities at our state-of-the-art dairy farm. Your role will involve managing animal health, nutrition, and production, while also leading a team of skilled staff dedicated to advancing dairy science.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all animal care staff and ensure they follow research protocols accurately.
• Manage farm facilities and equipment to support research activities.
• Conduct outreach and education programs on dairy management practices.
• Develop and maintain records of animal health and nutrition data.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss ongoing research projects and findings.
• Foster relationships with industry partners for collaborative research opportunities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of different feed and health protocols.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance research processes.
• Handle scheduling and logistics for research activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in dairy farming and management.
