Job Description

As a Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their loan applications and providing guidance throughout the process. You will evaluate applications, determine creditworthiness, and help clients secure the best loan options available.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze clients’ financial information and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Guide clients through the application process and ensure they understand all procedures.
  • Review, approve, or deny loan applications based on company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Provide training and support to junior loan officers as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Certification in Real Estate or Finance is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending
