We are seeking a Clinical Research Specialist to join our dedicated team in advancing medical science. In this role, you will manage and coordinate clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and ethical standards. As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to important healthcare advancements while prioritizing patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement clinical study protocols.
• Assist in patient recruitment and retention efforts.
• Ensure diligent adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Analyze and interpret complex clinical trial data.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication among site staff and sponsors.
• Evaluate new study options and make recommendations.
• Attend relevant training and educational workshops.
• Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
• Actively contribute to the strategic planning of clinical research projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related discipline
• Certification in Clinical Research is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical research setting

Technical Skills

• Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
• Statistical Software (e.g., R)

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with electronic health records: Experience using EHR systems for patient data.
