Looking for a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our Minneapolis practice. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, providing preventative care, and managing chronic conditions. Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on new medical practices and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts.

Requirements

Education

• MD or DO with Family Medicine focus
• Fellowship in Primary Care is a plus

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred

Certifications

• Certification in Family Medicine from ABFM

Languages

• English: Fluent
