An immediate opening for a skilled Leaking Underground Storage Tank Remover (LUST Remover) is available. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely removing underground storage tanks, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform removal and remediation of leaking underground storage tanks (LUST) in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive site assessments and develop appropriate remediation plans.
• Operate specialized equipment for excavation and cleanup of contaminated materials.
• Monitor and sample groundwater, soil, and air during remedial activities.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for clients and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient execution of project objectives.
• Implement waste management procedures to comply with disposal regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Additional certifications related to hazardous waste management

Experience
