Job Description

As a Refueling Ramp Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the refueling operations on the ramp. You will ensure all fueling activities are performed safely and efficiently, manage logistics, and train team members.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily refueling operations and manage the refueling crew.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA fuel safety standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate refueling schedules with flight schedules to minimize delays.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to fueling processes and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of refueling transactions and inventory.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for airlines regarding fueling operations.
  • Monitor equipment for safety and efficiency, scheduling maintenance when necessary.
  • Encourage a culture of safety by leading by example and recognizing best practices.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly, following established protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in aviation fueling operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
