As a Roasterman at Coffee Delight Co., you will be responsible for roasting coffee beans to perfection. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the roasting process and a passion for creating great-tasting coffee.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coffee roasting process, focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance on roasting equipment.
• Work alongside marketing to develop unique coffee blends.
• Implement best practices in roasting and quality assurance.
• Train new staff on coffee roasting techniques and standards.
• Participate in product tastings and feedback sessions.
• Maintain detailed records of roasting batches and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Specialty coffee training desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in coffee roasting or related field

Technical Skills

• Roasting Software Proficiency

Certifications
