Job Description
As an Optomechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing optical systems and components. Collaborating closely with engineers, you will ensure that the systems meet high-quality standards and functionality.
Responsibilities
Assist in prototyping of new optical systems.
Use CAD software to create and modify technical drawings.
Support the transition of designs from development to production.
Help troubleshoot issues encountered during assembly.
Ensure work area is clean, organized, and safe.
Requirements
Education
Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Optics, or related field
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in optomechanical assembly and testing.
