Job Description

As an Optomechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing optical systems and components. Collaborating closely with engineers, you will ensure that the systems meet high-quality standards and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in prototyping of new optical systems.
  • Use CAD software to create and modify technical drawings.
  • Support the transition of designs from development to production.
  • Help troubleshoot issues encountered during assembly.
  • Ensure work area is clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Optics, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in optomechanical assembly and testing.
Technical Skills
