Job Description

As a Nozzle Tender, you will be an essential part of our production team, responsible for the operation and maintenance of nozzle equipment. Safety compliance and efficient workflow are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate nozzle equipment efficiently while maximizing production quality.
• Perform troubleshooting to resolve any equipment issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during operations.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production statuses and updates.
• Document and report any equipment malfunctions or required maintenance.
• Improve processes through feedback and suggestions.
• Assist in the training of new employees on equipment handling.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support equipment upgrades and testing as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining compliance with environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating nozzle equipment or related machinery

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting: Familiarity with production processes and machinery.
