Job Description

We are looking for an Environmental Conservation Officer who will play a crucial role in monitoring and enforcing environmental policies. This position requires strong analytical skills and a passion for protecting natural resources.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and policies.
• Conduct wildlife surveys and habitat assessments.
• Collaborate with environmental scientists to evaluate impacts.
• Lead public workshops on environmental conservation.
• Analyze environmental samples and prepare findings.
• Develop reports and legal documents for enforcement actions.
• Engage with community leaders to promote local conservation efforts.
• Maintain equipment for field investigations and data collection.
• Assist in policy advocacy related to environmental issues.
• Prepare educational materials for distribution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Conservation Management
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience in a related field is preferred.

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate

Languages
