Our company is seeking an experienced Tawer responsible for constructing and repairing towers for telecommunication and broadcasting purposes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in tower construction, maintenance, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction and installation of telecommunication towers.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot technical issues related to tower integrity.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and utilized.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates on project progress.
• Contribute to planning and logistics for tower projects.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in construction management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications tower work

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of various tower types
• Experience in welding and fabrication

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Teamwork and collaboration

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working with various tower types: Hands-on experience with different tower types, including monopoles and lattice towers.
• Experience in construction management: Knowledge of managing construction projects from start to finish.
