Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain coating machines to apply protective coatings on diverse products. This position demands a keen eye for detail and a strong adherence to safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for adjusting machine settings, performing routine maintenance, and inspecting products to ensure they meet our high-quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct setup and operation of coating machines, ensuring precise application of coatings.
• Regularly check the machine functions and output quality, making real-time adjustments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operations.
• Verify coated products against quality standards and perform necessary corrections.
• Uphold safety protocols to avoid accidents and maintain a clean work environment.
• Record production metrics and assist in reporting any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and efficiency.
• Facilitate the training of new employees on equipment and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Technical or vocational education in manufacturing processes is a plus.

Experience

• Experience with safety regulations and quality control standards in manufacturing.
